Nice stay.

Charlyn, the staff person at check in, was friendly and efficient. We appreciated access to the dining seating outside of breakfast hours so we could play games with our group. Breakfast was meh, mostly unattended with regard to tables being wiped down and slow to refill.

The bathroom was clean. The lamp shades were filthy to the point of being almost gross. The bedside table had something sticky on it. The bed was comfortable. The towels were soft. The pillows were hard as a rock. Some of the furniture was very stained but the microwave was brand new.This area is very limited in hotel availability. Overall it had some nice points but needs a little more care.

The receptionist Rosa who checked us in was awesome Our room that we originally booked had some issues with the key..i asked if there were any other rooms available...she checked and there was one, unfortunately it was not ready but she said she would try and work some magic and she did! Found us another room that was ready. She went out of her way to accommodate us. Friendly professional, great personality, made us feel welcome.

I was working on a window replacment project in the area.Hotel is convenient, great for big trucks,pool & hot tub were nice.Not much choice up there but it worked really nice for my crew.We stayed 2 times.Outside was under construction.

Rooms need work

Rooms are out of date & worn. Upon arrival the toilet lid was broken on the seat & just put back on for us to find. Reported to staff so they didn’t think we did it. Staff was friendly & available. Breakfast was typical, person setting it up was friendly & helpful. Would probably not return just because of condition of rooms.
