Excellent experience. Clean and comfortable with a luxurious feel. No staff but assistance was easily available on WhatsApp. Also such a charming location with a lovely restaurant downstairs.

We had a wonderful stay here. I thought it was a brilliant little place with lovely staff. A canal right outside the front door where at times you can watch the boats pass. We arrived late and our key was made available to us well after hours. The people here genuinely like to make u feel comfortable here and as long as his place remains open it will be the place we will be staying at whenever we come to Amsterdam again. 10/10 hotel. Second time staying here. Rooms are spacious and stunning decor (altho some wear and tear in the rooms). The jet bath is incredible! The breakfast buffet is also great, lots of choices depending on what you fancy. I do think some of the food could be seasoned better but still good. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel so easy connections to central Amsterdam and other places. Room service pizza is quick and delicious. Our stay at Jazz was amazing. Service was great from the moment we arrived and managed to get in our room at 1pm instead of 3pm which is the normal check in time. Room was lovely and clean, great view of the arena and great little adds ons like the use of a speaker provided by the hotel. The best welcome ever, the receptionist a blond lady were super helpful, 10/10 in knowledge, I had to book for the sauna and gym and the girls were super helpful at that time. I enjoy greatfully of every premise that the hotel provides. Sauna and spa 10/10 gym and clases 10/10. Really nice hotel, and lovely staff

Close to the Central Station so a handy location for the eurostar. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great base if your happy to walk (or cycle) to the main attractions. I was on the 2nd floor on the corner and outside noise was not issue. At points you can hear the trams rumbling but I didn't find it intrusive. They have a fun little bar that does great cocktails!

The most helpful aspect was the half hourly included shuttle service to the airport which started early and kept going until almost midnight. Very friendly drivers.
