"I was worried about my windowless room but it was surprisingly undepressing. Staff were great. Cafe was great, although they were about to change the food menu so i can’t vouch for it now. Location is pretty walkable, but it depends on what you want to be close to. I loved that there were bikes for rent right at the hotel."

"Izabela in restaurant area was amazing . What a wonderful human being . Had one issue, my son brought in food and bar tender told us we could eat in bar. We were only people in bar. Then some rude manager came in and told us to leave. Fine . Now no one in your bar. Make sure you are ok same page as workers ."

"The hotel itself is ok average people are nice but first basic stuff is expensive water 4 to 5 euro small bottle. What was the issue during my stay was the policy that hotel management enforced not to supply kettles in the room instead they asked me to get hot water from the bar and young lady told me I give one glas and asked me to fetch a glass from the breakfast area myself!! And then she said if you ask for more she will charge me for it!!!!! I came down second time prepared to pay for it...

"Room was not clean with multiple stains on the walls and furniture, dust on tables/cabinets, and mine had two old socks in the room when I arrived. Location is fine given the close access to the tram but further away from the more interesting parts of the city than I initially thought. Staff was okay, although when I arrived, the middle-aged white woman working at the desk gave me a deadpan stare for several seconds before finally greeting me which I thought was strange. Breakfast was a let-down...
