"We enjoyed a wonderful stay. Spectacular views of lake, beautifully clean hotel, very comfortable beds, great AC which was much appreciated in July high temps and lovely hikes from the property. A little more variety with dinner menu would be lovely but items on menu were great and we loved bfast. Overall a fantastic experience. We will be back! Many thanks :)"

"Some staff were wonderful, others mediocre at best. Server at the restaurant told us to order everything together then forgot the appetizer. We were charged an extra 16CHF at the end of the stay that wasn't ours but was charged to the room, surely a mistake but their systems are unfortunately very old and they either can't look it up or don't care to, and the server likely didn't confirm at the time that the room was correct. "Sauberes grosses Zimmer. Ohne Schnickschnack. Abendessen war quantitativ gut, qualitativ eher nicht. Frühstück war allerdings sehr gut, grosse Auswahl. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"Helaas voldeed Romantik Hotel Beau Rivage niet aan onze verwachtingen.
Het hotel ligt mooi aan heg meer. Maar wordt matig onderhouden.
Toen we aankwamen en vanwege de hitte een drankje wilde bestellen gaf het hiervoor aanwezige personeel aan dat we nog een half uurtje moesten wachten. Zij hadden namelijk pauze. Ook het driegangen diner waarvoor we voor twee personen meer dan 175 Zwitserse Franken moesten betalen voldeed absoluut niet aan de verwachtingen.
Kortom een teleurstellende ervaring."

"Location on the Lake side is excellent and only a few minutes from the boat station. The restaurant terrace right by the Lake is great. All the staff were really helpful. Air conditioning has been installed, but hadn't been commissioned at the time of our stay any will be beneficial in any hot weather.
