"Super Hotelzimmer im modernen Design. Die Kombination aus älter und neu sind gut in Verbindung gebracht worden. Das Personal war steht's freundlich und hilfsbereit und den Austausch am Abend mit Daniel war auch gut :-) Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und mit grosser Auswahl an verschiedenem. Am Abendessen konnte ausgewählt werden zwischen einzelnen Gerichten und als erstes konnte man sich am Salat Buffet selbst bedienen."

"We were quite annoyed that we were expected to input our own passport information on the hotel provided ipads while the reception staff stood by waiting, every hotel I have been to, that is one of their jobs. They also pushed their paid underground car park telling us that we would receive a €40 parking notice for parking outside the hotel, that didn’t frighten us as they wouldn’t get our details from our UK registered car."

"Tolles Hotel. Schöne Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück, gratis Parkplätze und schöner Blick auf das Kloster. Wer ein atemberaubendes berg panorama sucht wird hier allerdings nicht fündig. "

"Everything was wonderful! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The restaurant was amazing! Delicious food and wonderful staff as well, and the atmosphere in there was so nice. We enjoyed the stream rooms and saunas one night. The view from our room was beautiful, overlooking the town of Mutters, with Innsbruk in the background and the stunning mountains surrounded everything like a postcard.
