"Room was okay, staff were courteous and listening.
However, management had to do something about smoking policy on the first floor where customers are permitted to open wide their doors and fill the entire floor with smoke.
It poses terrible hazard on everyone on the entire building.
Also had to be chasing on a single iron which is used by everyone,for this reason I had to wear my clothes without ironing."

Front desk service was, poor, unprofessional, half the time there was no one at the front desk.
They encouraged me to never book using Hotels.com again, they wanted cash. Swimming pool was so cloudy I never entered the water. I will never stay here again. Oh and breakfast was two eggs and two fried hot dogs. "
"I was told the place is disability friendly but its definitely not. I wont recommend coconut grove to anyone, essentially, disabled people. Im a wheelchair user. If i could have move to a different hitel, i would have was extremely tired."
"Our stay at Grand Casamora Hotel was nothing short of rewarding. It was our first trip to Ghana. The room was cozy, comfortable, and clean. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Chris was especially kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. He made us feel like family. In addition, Grand Casamora is a great location with many shops within walking distance. We hope to be back for a longer visit. Highly recommended!"
