"Walk over the bridge from the hotel to a nice area with a fabulous little French restaurant, highly recommend.

"We had such a lovely, warm welcome and the staff could not be more helpful. Inside, the hotel is clean and welcoming. The hotel is very conveniently positioned and about 10 or 15 minutes to the tram stop into Basel. The breakfast was absolutely first class - plenty of options and the rooms were great."

The place is next to a lorry carpark and gets quite noisy with engines running all night. Beds are uncomfortable with very very questionable sheets. Towels - would not use them to mop the floor with them. No aircon of course. There was a fan but it wasn’t working. Can’t keep the windows open because of lorries running outside. The neighbour opposite our room was listening to some music on his phone but it was like...
"Best thing about this place is the convenience and the lounge area you can stay in after checkout! Room was tiny and cute and had everything I needed , comfy bed and blankets!"

The neighbour opposite our room was listening to some music on his phone but it was like if he is in our room - had to knock on their door at 1pm and tell them to turn it off otherwise my wife would have had nervous meltdown. I can go on but don’t want to remember the experience at all. Would have been better if we slept in our car "
