"Staff members were very helpful either special mention of Zhao (Jones) at concierge who helped with our transportation to Xian train station and a great restaurant recommendation. Hotel location was perfect, amenities and hotel staff friendly helpful and attentive.
The staff at check in noted that we were a family and proactively offered to place us in connecting rooms - this added touch of service was appreciated.
We had lunch at the hotel restaurant- food was tasty.
Overall a superb experience at Hilton which made our stay in Xian memorable."

"Amazing stay and we didn’t want for anything. Front desk staff, concierge, breakfast staff and lounge staff were all unbelievably friendly and exceptional service. The food in the lounge and breakfast was just awesome and plenty to choose from. Our room was superb and nothing was missing for a luxury stay even down to the bath salts. Highly recommended."

One of the front desk staff, John Tang, was very very helpful - right from checking in to changing our reservation to accommodate an early checkout. He spoke great English and went out of his way to help and advise us with our siteseeing actitivies.
Muslim Quarter and Drum and Bell towers are in walking distance from the hotel. I would surely go back again."
