"This hotel was absolutely terrible. There was no proper cleanliness, no peace, and even the bathroom facilities were not working correctly. For example, the toilet seat was broken, the water in the shower didn’t drain and kept rising up to my ankles, and the same problem existed with the sink. The whole room was full of scratches and paint stains. Noise from the neighboring rooms could easily be heard all the time. Housekeeping was also done very poorly – I found spider webs inside the drawers...

"Please don't come here. Don't even think about coming here. I beg you. I'll just state the facts briefly. This place was on another site starting with A, too. There it was rated 1.7. I only stayed one night, and I fought with the front desk (over WhatsApp) for two days straight. I'm still fighting. For what? until the first day 4 pm, to get into the room; from 4 pm to 5 pm, to make sure the key worked; from 5 pm on, because the Wi-Fi didn't work, UNTIL NOW(it's been three weeks). I'm serious....

"The property was very clean and easily accessible and service was amazing . E.g Our Coffee Machine was not working initially, as soon as informed housekeeper, he changed it within an hour. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to anyone. "

"The hotel and staff in general were brilliant. The position of the hotel in relation to public transport to the centre of Vienna was ideal. The Schonbrunn Palace was within walking distance...just over 1km. Very clean, comfortable beds and good size bedrooms. Would have liked a more varied breakfast...plenty of food there but the same buffet every morning...switching it up a bit would be welcome. All in all we would def visit it again."
