Lovely hotel but our room wasn’t cleaned properly, could have done with a good freshen up , however we did see painters in so probably in process of freshening up rooms, bed was very comfortable but could have done with new pillows as they were a bit flat, Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. ...

On arrival the staff were very helpful however when after being given our room we were appalled at the condition, especially the bathroom.
