"I stayed at the Sterling Inn and Spa in Niagara for 7 nights during our anniversary trip. We mainly chose it because of the price and the great location near Clifton Hill. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious, and housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The steam shower was definitely one of the highlights, especially during the colder days. The location was excellent, just minutes from Clifton Hill attractions and close to a WEGO...

"Dilapidated rooms. If you want an older hotel feel then try this place. Its just an older hotel that's a bit run down. The room had damage all over sink, carpet, and walls. The carpet was disgusting. We had an adjoining room to another room that was missing the bar lock. Safety concern! The door could be opened. At around 2am I heard someone trying to open that door, I had already moved items of furniture in place to prevent that opening. I informed staff of this issue and it wasn't...

"It was my first time staying at the Old Stone Inn Boutique, I gotta say, I was impressed. There were cute little photo spots set up which I had alot of fun using. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was beautiful decorated with a vintage feel and had everything we needed. I needed a room with a fridge but unfortunately our did not have one, so when booking a room, make sure you choose a one with a fridge. I would stay there again, great location, close to everything."

"Excellent property, very clean , awesome view of falls. The linens and towels were very clean and spotless. I got the premium two bedroom with falls view and the view was stunning from 44th floor. The room had the jet tub as well and kids had a blast. Few minor things noticed was that Room or property doesn’t have a microwave if you have any food to heat. Also no coffee or hot chocolate if you were looking for one at the lobby but have Starbucks and few other vendors who sell those."

"I love to stay in Hyatt with Falls view. Clean and spacious room, very comfortable with everything. Just too expensive for parking. You will be charged for the bottle water if you are not Hyatt members."
