"Property is currently under renovations which we did not receive any warning about. We were on the 42 floor with a lovely view but the elevators are not functioning properly, so we had to walk 42 flights in order to leave the room. We missed breakfast due to waiting 45minutes for an elevator.
Was woken up at 730 from drilling from renovations, the staff was extremely kind and understanding of the frustrations but I would definitely not have booked here and spent that much money on a room for that experience it was extremely not enjoyable "

"The property was overall a pleasant place to stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. One of the biggest advantages is the location—it’s conveniently near the Falls and within walking distance to several spots, making it easy to explore the area without needing transportation.
The only downside was the breakfast. While it was decent, it mainly consisted of bread options. It would be a great improvement if they could include more variety, such as scrambled eggs and sausage, to make it more satisfying for guests.
Overall, a good stay with a great location and kind staff—just a bit more variety in breakfast would make it even better."
