"Building is beautiful, room was great! Breakfast was good but had limited options."

"The place wasn't clean, we moved a table to play cards and found toenail clippings. We found two earrings that didn't belong to us and the walls definitely need cleaned. We asked for housekeeping hoping these things would be caught but unfortunately they were all missed again. The sheets are so rough they were not comfortable. But the location was perfect for what we needed and the staff was kind!"

"We have stayed at this hotel in the past and it has worked great however this year we had several issues. In the past we have used this hotel partly because they provide a free shuttle to the airport. This year their shuttle has been out of commission for several weeks and so we had to pay for an Uber. We also stay here because they allow a Park and Fly benefit that allows us to leave our car there for 7 days while we are gone. They did allow it, but called and left us a message during our vacation saying they were considering calling the Police about our car in the lot. It worried me, but after a phone call they assured us it was fine - it was just alarming. I should have made it clear we were leaving our car in the lot. The other unfortunate issue was they didn't have hot water the night before we were flying out. We didn't have time to make other arrangements. It didn't cause us too much of a problem because we were just sleeping and waking early to catch our flight. But upon arrival 7 days later after our vacation and staying there again before driving home, the hot water was still out!! I will be doing some shopping around next year before our vacation."

"Fun hotel... hooked to casino. Hotel smelled like smoke from casino though. Just hallways, not room. Breakfast was decent."

"The front desk staff is excellent and helpful. The young man on the desk was very personable. Stephanie went beyond her job description and helped me with a “wardrobe problem”— she was super!"
