"I booked a double room with a bathroom and veiw over Mumbai city. At check-in I was given a room with out a bathroom, no window and a mattres at floor level. When I complained I was told that my window was on the other side of the building down a corridor."

"It was good only a few service issues I faced. During my hotel stay, they wanted to fix the drainage issue. so I need to allow them for 10-15 min in my room. I requested for hair dryer 3-4 times but they said we will send you but they did not. That was too bad"
