"Very poor management, double booking for room, spent 30 minutes to rearrange my room. Very uncooperative staff, to increase heartbeat, stress and even to miss flight PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL. Location not good at all for foreigners. With the cost of money not a good quality hotel."

They are adorable, kind, thoughtful and attentive,nothing is too much trouble. As a returning customer, I had a wonderful welcome back and so did the friend who went with me (her first time).
