"When I'm working in Devon I always stay here. Its perfectly comfy and its has good size rooms the parking is free and plentiful even in a large Van you can park around the rear of hotel. Close to tiverton town centre and supermarkets. Staff are very friendly too. "

"When I came into the hotel and was given my room key, the first thing I noticed was the smell of dampness in the room. The carpet had burned marks all over it and stains and in places was missing carpet and built bar floor. The wallpaper was torn off the walls. The room was filthy dirty had not been cleaned and full of dust and dirt smoked disgusting so did the toilet and shower. "After a long day of travelling i found the Courtyard to be the best of hotels to rest up and have a meal. The staff were great and so polite. Room quality was nice and spacious. High quality shower room. **Note to all. Remember to switch the power on just inside your room door. The taps are electric and won't work without the power on. That small detail caught me out !!! But other than that i would highly recommend this hotel for a stay. I will be staying there again. "
