"Pretty happy with my stay overall. Came in mid April and pool was closed unfortunately, and the microwave on our floor didn't work but that's the only major complaints. Breakfast was pretty much the same every morning but always good and fresh. Always fresh coffee out. Staff was great and helpful. AC and heat worked terrific, beds were comfy. Yes the highway is slightly annoying but with the AC running you don't hear a thing. We slept well all 5 nights. Would stay again."

"I checked in my room @ 11pm and immediately left out due to me being late for an event. When I came back to my room I noticed the toilet had stains on it, the shower had long black hair in it and I have a low cut with blonde hair, the floor and walls were nasty, and my bed had a water bottle cap tucked in there. I went to the my car to get something to sleep on because I do not feel comfortable laying on that bed. I also had to use the restroom and I prefer the restroom in the lobby because I know that maybe a little better. I spoke with the gentleman (he was very pleasant) he made me aware they were fully booked and had a lot of checked, but that still didn’t give them the right to not properly clean my room. He told me he would move me to another room, but I told him “never mind because I’m scared that may not be clean either. I will go to the store in the morning to get my own cleaning products.” I woke up the next day, went to the to get something cleaning products money that had to be spent out of my own pocket because they didn’t clean my room properly. I heard housekeeping in the hallway and I snatched everything back on the bed and I asked them to take the old sheets and comforter off and put a new one on. All she did was make the bed up with the same sheets because when I returned from the store the same water bottle cap was still in the same place. I cleaned the room, and it was very nasty. "This place is disgusting, there’s mold in the rooms. The amenities are broken or destroyed beyond use. Bathrooms nasty it looks like housekeeping doesn’t even work."
