"Great hotel in a very convenient location! Staff is super accomodating and friendly. We had breakfast in the cafe twice and both were delicious, and a really good deal! We were 1 block from Winterfest so it was the perfect spot to launch our weekend getaway. Parking is super easy, our dogs loved the beatiful park on the water right there for potty breaks. Would recommend."

On Thursday, February 12th, our car wouldn’t start as we were trying to leave. My 81-year-old husband went inside to ask for help, and a staff member came out immediately with an incredible attitude of service. I unfortunately missed his name, but his helpfulness was outstanding: he noticed a nut was missing...

"Amazing hotel. Clean, friendly staff, awesome and huge hot tub, and great continental breakfast. The bed was super comfortable. The pillows were labeled soft/firm so you could choose your preference. The room also had blackout curtains so we slept soundly. Very quiet, never heard anyone outside of the room. 10/10 recommend. "
