As others have noted the area has a very high level of unhoused folks due to a soup kitchen directly across the street - this resulted in some level of street activity we would have preferred not to experience but it was not in fact threatening or actively dangerous, just not desired.

This location was perfect for us: quiet, close to the lively pedestrian zone with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The Old Town of Quebec was very walkable from this location. This was our first experience with keyless entry and no staff on site. It worked quite well once we figured it out."
