"Front desk staff was welcoming and professional. Cleaners and restaurant staff were also professional and pleasant. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable with quality pillows and bedding. Meals we had were delicious...my husband would recommend the fish cakes. Parking is convenient. Overall a great experience!"

"There was no silverware, or pan for the oven. The Tv didn’t work and there was a beeping in the room every second. We were switched to different room after that. Unfortunately there was no kitchen but it was better compared to the previous room. "

"ceiling falling apart and covered in water stains, bedsheets had mysterious splatter spots (think, projectile sneeze while eating gravy), no internet/wifi despite stating there was, office offered no help and was quite rude throughout the entire experience. TV had very few available channels, wood paneling behind bed was coming apart and had gaps, no staff on site. "
