"Een prima hotel om te verblijven als je met de fiets de omgeving wil verkennen. Matrassen van bedden zijn (te) zacht. Ontbijtbuffet genoeg keuze en wordt snel bijgevuld als er iets op is, 👍. Klein minpuntje was dat men bezig is met grote renovatie/verduurzaming naast het restaurant. Gelukkig alleen tijdens Ontbijt last van gehad, omdat we rest van dag weg waren. Everything was super great: Reception personnel, the room, the bed, the shower with wonderful-smelling bath gel, the view. Parking was easy, close, lots of available spaces. Met naast onze ramen de "stamtafel " de ramen konden niet open ondanks het mooie weer. Lang de mensen daar aan de tafel luidruchtig én roken zodat de rook zo bij ons de kamer in kwam. We hoorden regelmatig deuren open- en dichtgaan, mensen over de gang lopen en de trap op en af. Het leek alsof onze kamer boven de laad- en losingang lag, waardoor er ook ’s nachts en vroeg in de ochtend veel geluid was van leveringen. "We loved the character of the property. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. The staff were helpful. We enjoyed the little garden with plenty of shade from trees. 15 minute walk from the bus and train stations was manageable with luggage. We would stay here again."

"Die neue Einrichtung ohne jegliche Rezeption ist, einer Ansicht nach, absolut nicht kundenorientiert. Es gibt einen anonymen runden Mini-Tisch mit 2 iPads, wo man einchecken kann. Prima in einer Jugendherberge, aber wenn die neue Unternehmensführung den Namen 'Grand Hotel' weiterführen will, empfehle ich einen anderen Unternehmensberater mit mehr Bezug zur Realität. Das Personal bemüht sich nach Kräften, muss aber in einem dunklen Kämmerchen um die Ecke hocken. Wer denkt sich sowas...
