"Terrible experience i will never come back to this place again. The checkin was not smooth at all, all e-mails sent in German language, at the property information was displayed in the same language. No guidance for people who are not speaking the language. More than that, they are requesting me to pay an extra tax of €3.89 as apparently I didn’t complete the check in at the machine and i used some emergency type of check in which was not explained to me.This was not explained for the beginning,...

"Pictures are beautiful... hotel is not quite as clean (floors and carpets) and furniture is worn (some stains). Location is right across from the train station. Some challenges getting in touch with hotel management as we had access issues. On the plus, they were polite and did do their best to be helpful once we connected. Still, not sure I would recommend a stay..."
