"The woman who checked us in was very friendly even upgraded our room to pool side. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool. The room was clean only problem was the shampoo & conditioner in the containers in the shower were completely empty. And yes I am that person that uses the shampoo & conditioner in the shower especially after being in the pool with chlorine. I don’t like the smell on my hair & body. Other than that everything was great."

"The hotel is in a nice area with restaurants nearby and is close to the mall. It is by a fairly busy street that did get noisy in the evening. The hotel itself and the rooms were fairly maintained but could definitely use some updating and deep cleaning. The lady at the front desk was phenomenal in helping us to get an early check-in. The pool and pool area were clean and we loved that there was a separate 1 foot deep area for small children that is blocked off from the rest of the pool. The pool was a little chilly for my liking but the kids didn’t mind. The pull out couch in the room was a little dirty but decently comfortable. The king bed one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve had in a while. Even with both of the air conditioning units running, the room was very humid and sticky feeling. The separate bedroom wasn’t as bad as the main living room area. All of our clothing and personal blankets we brought felt damp upon leaving. The breakfast was okay but didn’t have as many options as others. Overall, it is likely that we would stay here again."

"The staff were courteous . The hotel should let travelers know that the wifi connection is unsecured and a risk for guests. I called down to the front desk before getting the password and the staff did not know if it was a secure WIFI connection. They gave me a the room code, and I used my own new password for the access. I only found out was I logged out. The Hotel ran out of office on Thursday morning for over an hour. Breakfast/ Coffee starts late 7:30am."
