"My husband and I stayed for an extended period of time. It was our first time at the Bel Air hotel and our experience was very pleasant. Rachel, Dylan, Josiah, Rose, Naleta, and especially Devika were all super wonderful! They were very friendly, helpful and extremely accomodating at all times. They did their very best to make our stay as comfortable as possible and we greatly appreciate their efforts and kindness. Kudos to the owner as well for ensuring that our needs were met. I would definitely be back. Thanks guys!"

"AC was excellent. TV access was terrible - no TV for aver 3 days and no attempt to rectify. No instructions to access the safe, again no attempt to rectify. However, overall the staff was mostly very helpful."

"Hot water at the sink needs to be fixed or inform guests that there is no hot water there. Also inform guests that they have to physically turn on the hot water and wait before showing. "
