He did, to his credit, let me know that the elevator near the front of the hotel was not working, and I would need to drive around to the back to use Entrance ...

They overbooked the hotel and sent us to another hotel for 1 of our nights. The staff refused to listen to you over the phone. They rather just cut you off while you’re talking in person and over the phone. Valet was the best thing far as staff goes!
