"We did not stay. I have tried to cancel this reservation well in advance by phone and email. We were unable to travel due to medical issues. I was charged $90.85 for this stay that I refuse to pay. This has not been a positive experience between Best Western and Expedia. l. "

"The pros about this property were the air conditioner worked well. The bed was comfortable and the refrigerator worked. The cons are very numerous, the property is poorly maintained. The main entry was blocked off for some type of maintenance so we had to traipse over gravel to get in. Our room was dirty. We had to dust the headboard, the cabinet where the towels are stored was dusty, the coffee maker was dirty and couldn’t be used, the microwave didn’t work properly, the tub had a leak in the ceiling above it, the shower rod was about to fall off the wall, the flooring was chipped and cracked. The walls in the rooms are so thin that we could hear the neighbors conversation plainly. Therefore, it was very noisy and a sleepless night. I know this is an inexpensive hotel, but at the very least the property needs to be repaired and kept clean. We left after one night even though we paid for two nights and we did not try the breakfast. I will not be staying at a Super 8 again!"

"It was a great stay until the day we left. They were having construction and shut down the elevator. If we had been notified that it was happening, we would have adjusted our time. There were other minor things that made it frustrating. But the facility was nice."

"They only had one staff person on site at check-in. We waited nearly 15 minutes, rang the bell twice, called the main line and received no answer before grabbing the keys that were left out and letting ourselves in our rooms. When he came back, he was kind, but he should not have been the only employee on site. "

"Simple breakfast. I booked a double queen and they over sold the rooms and opted for the pull out sofa bed. Not the best sleep and the mattress was so thin. The bed sheet was dirty. It was to late to call anyone and just threw over the extra blanket in the closet. The staff are nice and helpful. Would stay there again if ever was in the area. parking was easy and well lighted. The rest of the place was always clean. "
