"Rooms were very clean and comfortable. They have essentials to purchase for cheap at the front desk (toothbrush kit, etc.). They have a full bar. It's within walking distance of several good pubs and restaurants. Takes about 6 minutes to get to Terminal 5 of Heathrow airport on the bus which stops right outside the hotel. The staff was very helpful."

"First they didn't have the two single bed room I reserved months ago. Once we got to the room with a double bed and an uncomfortable sofa bed my daughter had to sleep on there was absolutely no air conditioning no matter what I did to the thermostat. I tried to call the front desk with no answer. There is shampoo and body soap but no conditioner and very rough towels, with no wash cloth. The only good thing was the bus stop across the street to get to the airport."

"My 2 night stay here was a relaxing break. The hotel is directly across the street from Hampton Court Palace which made the visit so easy. A short walk from the train station is a plus. The staff in all areas was exceptional and very helpful. The menus in the restaurants are varied and I must compliment the chef and waitstaff for delivering a quality experience.
