"The pool was closed and the restaurant had limited menu due to a “situation in the kitchen.” Also I was not aware that the property is actually a time-share and did not appreciate trying to be sold one after having just spent 8hrs driving. The property and tiny homes are nice but we really wanted to use the pool and could not."

"My room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and had friendly dispositions. The parking lot was well lit with clear views all around. The best part was breakfast, there was a buffet with hot eggs, sausages and very tasty potatoes. There was a variety of other items to choose from as well. My only complaint is that the elevator had a very bad odor the evening I got there and it was still there when I left the next morning. But overall I was happy with my stay. "

"While the hotel was renovated several years ago, it's still an old hotel with small rooms. Having said that, it seemed clean. Our biggest concern was the railroad track across the road. Trains rumbled through frequently, usually waking us up. The other issue was our bed sheets. They seemed old, thin, and yellowed. On a positive note, a very nice large area for breakfast. Breakfast was very good!"

"We were happy to find a good price and nice hotel and room to spend the night in on our way home from Arizona headed up to Utah. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. It appeared to be some construction going on around the outside of the hotel, so finding a place for our dog to go was a little hard, but, we made it work. Overall, we would recommend the Best Western."

"Noisy. It is located in an industrial area near an active railroad. The room had an adjoining room door which allowed the neighbors conversations to be heard. Tried to shower in the AM but the water temp was barely lukewarm. The best thing was the remote was in a plastic bag which was great for reducing germs. "The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Flagstaff Northeast was fantastic! Check-in was easy, the staff was kind and knowledgeable, and the room was clean and comfortable. I didn't eat breakfast, but it smelled delicious in the morning, and everyone seemed to be enjoying it. I would recommend staying at this Marriott and will do so again when I travel. Great job, Marriott!"

"Had to wait in line for check in. Staff was cool and impersonal. Room and cleanliness was fine. Breakfast was below average. Eggs were watery as was the batter for the waffles. Coffee okay. The facility was rather full and noisy. Probably would not stay again. "
