Khách sạn West Glenwood , Glenwood Springs

"I booked a 2-bedroom suite, only to find out that this room type doesn't exist at the property. When I raised the issue with the staff, they weren't able to offer a helpful resolution. If a room type isn't available, it shouldn't be listed for booking, and the team should be better prepared to handle these situations."

"I requestwd an ADA room. I got an old refurbbed room. The toilet was a small potty mushroom of low height. It was impossible to get from the rest of the room to the bathroom in my ADA compliant 48" X 24" wheelchair without having to rise out and do a i legged hop to the Bath. The little drugstore plastic shower chair was real scary. No weight or use instructions were on the chair. The continental breakfast was a joke. Still-nice people, but We won't book again. Way overpriced for what You get"

"Great breakfast selection and plenty of parking within close access to all amenities"

"I've stayed in Hampton Inns in many different locations and always been happy. This by far was among the worst. The check-in was miserable. The lady at the front counter was drunk or high - completely confused and took 20 minutes to check in. The air conditioner / heater in the room was very noisy and kept waking me up all through the night. We go to Glenwood quite often but in the future we'll go back to one of the other hotels that we've stayed at and enjoyed in the past."

"You can walk anywhere you want to go and the property was beautiful. Will stay there again."

"Place is very badly Maintained and staff is not so supportive and pillow covers were not washed and badly Maintained."

"Perfect old school motel in lovely shape and kind staff. Breakfast room was immaculate and good."

"We were excited to stay at the bed and breakfast. Had an emergency and was hoping to postpone however owner didn't allow so we stayed for one night and lost money on the second night by leaving early. The bed and breakfast doesn't have air conditioning and it was very warm. The small swamp cooler in the window didn't cool the very small room down. The house itself was falling apart with the bedroom sloping very badly as well as the bathroom. They should not call this place a bed and...

"The rooms were newly remodeled. Very nice and clean. Very comfortable beds. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast had many great choices. Quiet property on the river."

"Downstairs lobby area great! Rooms are a bit run down need some TLC"
