"Unfortunately this hotel is way too close to the airport, it was impossible to sleep due to the constant noise from the planes."

"The person after 3pm the gentleman was not very helpful and quite condescending. When we were cleaning up from the party he offered no help when we asked for extra trash bags or what to do as the trash cans were full when we got to the event space."

"I would stay there again. The location was perfect for downtown activities. Clean enough, our "pull-out" sofa was damaged, but we wrestled with it was a place for my teen daughters to sleep. The king bed was fine and they had plenty of pillows which was nice. Check-in is late and Check-out is normal. Just make sure you don't have anywhere to be close to the 4pm check-in. It took a long time as their system was running slow and we were late to the wedding we had to be at a few blocks away at 5pm. The kitchen in the suite was nice and if staying for a long time, would be very useful. Our room was adjacent to an elevator shaft so it was slightly noisy at times."

"This hotle is very well kept and the breakfast served was exceptional and they had freshly ground coffee for whenever you wanted it during my stay that I appreciated. The location was good with several places to eat close by. The staff was friendly and efficent. If we come back, we will definitely stay here again."
