"Our King room with sitting area (2 rooms) was very disappointing. Bathroom needed maintenance, the floor was slippery. The ceiling AC was in the sitting area which included an old couch and the attached bedroom was one step up. No AC in the bedroom or fan so we had to lower the temp in the next room sitting area to make do. No TV in the sitting area.
Breakfast was nice. Convenient washer, bit a rather dirty dryer.
No ramp or easy way to bring your baggage up or down from about 10 steps up from...

Bed-when we arrived at 630pm our room was not clean and ready. It was the last room and took 2 hours for us to get into the room. Wifi only works in the Lobby, not in our room. Ice machine located outside our door and very noisy. Phone not connected. Shower dials broken and about to fall off the wall. Housekeepers only left decaf coffee every time. Much improvement needed!!!!!"
