"The checkin was straightforward. The problem was we ordered a Twin room but ended up with a Double Room. We tried to call Front Desk but after letting it ring for about 6 minutes we gave up and tried 3 times more and no-one answered. Wet hen tried to order room service and again pressed the Room Service button again about 4 times but again no-one answered. My husband went down from the 12th floor to speak to someone. "Lovely stay in a good sized room. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was well appointed, although potentially a little bit dated. There could do with being some plugs or USB ports next to the bed. Pool was a good size and wasn't busy. Would have preferred the sauna and steam room to be near to the pool so that we could go in together, rather than it being part of the male or female changing rooms."
