"The hotel was beautiful and the pool was great. Unfortunately the staff seemed miserable. Barely smiled or looked at me through check in. Also, coffee bar wasn’t replenished so didn’t get any coffee on my second morning. Not the best experience when you are expecting a nicer hotel. Also, a breakfast buffet was advertised but non existent, only a bar style restaurant near the lobby."

"We had a wonderful stay at Lake and the City Bed and Breakfast. Suzana immediately made us very welcome and offered us a safe place to store our bikes. Our room was large and modern and very quiet.
