"Our room was not as clean as it should have been. You could clearly tell the bathroom wasn’t swept well. Our door would close but you could see the door was separated from the trim/door way. "

The faucet in the shower was totally corroded and ugly. I understand it's humid, but that kind of build of doesn't happen overnight. "
