"Just reminded me of the service I used to receive before cut backs. The check in was effortless and everything after that was so easy and nice, not that we needed to ask for anything.
The staff were fantastic!!!! "
"Enjoyed a two night stay. There was a mixup on our second day and our room was not serviced. Staff were quick to bring towels and coffee but it was disappointing to come home to an unmade bed and wet towels that had to lie on the floor for two days as staff did not take them away. Other than that, breakfast was lovely and our evening meal in the dining room our first night was convenient. "
"This is a very nice place to stay, we were only there one night m, boutique rooms are small if your claustrophobic not for you, the parking garage is a 10 minute walk make sure to drop bags at the check in counter prior to the uphill walk !"
"We stayed in a 3-bed room (1 queen and 2 twins). It was clean, beds very comfortable. Room was large and great for a family. Great shower and tub. Parking was easy to find and free which was important for us road tripping. What I was most pleasantly surprised about was how quiet it was. They’re remodeling their street entrance but we were the first room and slept all the way till our alarm at 0930, so very quiet indeed. "
"This place is great. Just a black door on a very busy street! We were in room 12 and couldn’t hear anything from the streets. 54 square feet of comfort! It was just what we needed. A place to sleep and shower! We didn’t need a big room!
Earplugs are provided but again we didn’t need them! "

"This hotel and its staff were lovely...very clean spacious room...happy staff who were so helpful...we dere late for breakfast and the breakfast staff said not to worry...set a table for us brought croissants and yogurt and tea and toast and couldn't have been more helpful...its only a short walk ( around 15 minutes ) into the lovely village of Oranmore with its lovely restaurants and pubs there was great music and so many happy friendly people we had a lovely time. "
