"Our first night was a disaster. We chose to stay in the non-upgraded area of Strat. One of the queen beds had a huge dent in the mattress. The room was adjourning and the occupants of the next room were attempting to enter our room at 2 am in the morning. We woke up the next morning and requested to be moved which the hotel did after we paid the additional fee. The next two nights were much better."

"Room is just OK. Has a fridge but needs a microwave. Vent for ac/heat looks dirty too. Other then that.. great staff and good size casino that is easy to get around."

"Not in a great area, and older, but to be expected downtown. Check in starts at the bar with a bartender. Loud people and music interferes a bit. You then continue check in on a kiosk, and return to the bartender again for a parking pass. Parking is in a small public lot across the street. If that fills up, you have to call and they then direct you to another public lot across the street. Room was clean and in mostly good order. Decor had some artificial turf on the wall in the closet, and part of it was peeling off. Beds were basic but clean, however mattresses were very well aged and made noise with the slightest movement. "
