"The only things for breakfast was cereal and oatmeal which both are not my ideal breakfasts’ room was ok tv was outdated and the hotel smells like fabuloso from the dollar tree other than that the stay was ok for the price"

"The staff has extremely attentive. The breakfast was top notch and the cleanliness 5 star. Will definitely stay there every time I visit Morehead Ky."

"Excellent place to stay for the night on a 12 day road-trip. Clean, quiet, friendly helpful staff. Great hot breakfast. 24 hr coffee, tea, hot chocolate available. Free parking. Located right off interstate many many restaurants etc available within 2-3 miles"

"Cottage overall was nice, but definitely worn in several areas particularly the kitchen area with dining room table and refrigerator showing wear and tear but worked well. Included breakfast was good with many alternatives."

"Was under renovation but room was clean and staff accommodating"

"Beautiful hotel"

"Not good"

"Room clean, great water pressure. Breakfast was standard fare, clean dining room. Easy parking."

"The budget inn was a reasonable place for the price. I would stay there again."

"Stay was okay. Building was clean and everything worked well. Location was much further from red river gorge than expected, about 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes one way to a trail. Bed was very hard. Hot tub was nice. Overall, decent if you dont mind the sleeping conditions and the drive but for us it wasnt worth the cost "
