"I would love to emphasise the helpfulness of the staff. My payment card kept being declined and not at anypoint they made me fell uncomfortable. We managed tonwork towards the solution. Hence I hive a top mark for my stay. Eventhough the room was on top of a busy pub, I didnt hear a word of the crowd downstairs. The room had a fan that helped a bit with the humid night but probably next time I will choose not the single room. Thank you for all your kindness"

"We absolutely loved our stay here. It is a beautiful hotel with very large room and bathroom. The staff were incredible, very friendly and accommodating. The pub underneath was fantastic. We had two of the best meals we’ve had on our trip there. Highly recommend you eat and stay there. The location is good, but it’s not in the middle of everything so you have to be OK with walking a bit to the metro. Also, there’s no elevator so if you have mobility or back issues, this may not be the best hotel...
