"We had a fantastic stay at Mercure London Earls Court. From the moment we checked in, we were welcomed by Elizabeth, who was very kind and extremely service-minded. She did so much to make our stay perfect. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! The next time I come to London, I will definitely stay at this hotel. Highly recommended! A big thank you to Elizabeth and the other hotel staff who made our stay so wonderful."

"We arrived very early before check-in and, although our room wasn't ready, Alexandra on the front desk was very welcoming and friendly and the Duty Manager took care of us until we could check in. On check out the following day, Maria and Rebecca were extremely helpful. The room was large and comfortable. We have stayed at the Novotel London West before and it's always been a good experience."

"It’s a small hotel with boutique vibes, which we really liked – it felt personal, friendly and welcoming rather than corporate. The staff were warm and helpful, and the whole place had a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.
The location is excellent – around 10 minutes from Hammersmith and the tube station – but set in a quiet, safe area so you’re away from the hustle and bustle when you want to relax. It was the perfect balance of convenience and calm.
