"Conveniently situated, good breakfast but room gloomy as some lights weren't working. Bed not very comfortable as I didn't realise it was a bed settee and the mattress was thin and lumpy."

"Lady at the service desk was not very helpful regarding parking. Garage is next to the hotel and not owned by the property. Still, would be helpful if the staff could provide more guidance. We were also not told the room key needs to be placed in the room to turn on power."

Altho all photos showed sheer curtains for privacy, our room only had blackout drapes-so no privacy or complete darkness & our room looked out to a back alley area facing dozens of windows. We also had a large support column right in front of the closet and in the path to the washroom. Hard to navigate. And, no luggage rack or bench...

"The place was alright for the price you pay, but it was definitely showing some wear and tear. Our main significant issue was the noise from the air conditioning unit clunking and banging through the night, to the point where we had to turn it off despite the heatwave. Check-in/check-out was fine. Probably wouldn’t stay again for the sleep issues. Location was alright."

"The location was great, easily access to everything. We quickly found a short cut through the mall to princess street. The apartment was also nice and quiet. It was mostly clean but there was some grit or dirt on the floor as I could hear it rubbing on my case. We expected a sofa as the pictures on the website had a picture of the executive suite with a sofa but apparently that’s only for those with a balcony!
