The room next to me was very loud and I was woken up at 2am from a man screaming and children crying and they just said I can’t get moved or I would have to pay over $150 to get upgraded. I feel like they didn’t care to go out of the way to assist me. The hotel did not look like the photos at all. It was disappointing."

"When I tried to check in to the hotel, the clerk told me that Expedia would not release the card funds to the hotel, and we would have to call a help line to figure it out. Meanwhile a housekeeper is yelling on his cell phone to someone in the background and made it difficult to hear/understand the clerk. "My family had a great time. The small Waterpark type pool was a huge hit with my 3 boys. Breakfast was great. Id say the only neg we had was our bathroom door wouldn't latch. The person in the room that was adjoining ours had his alarm going off every few mins from like 4am until almost 430 when I finally knocked out the joining doors to wake him up.
