"Everything was fantastic once again! The whirlpool was finally working and a fabulous detox experience. Homewood Suites is my new home away from home in Madison, WI!"

"The hot tub was one of the best that we've seen. The breakfast was just so so and the staff didn't seem at all concerned about helping get the food in order. The counter around the food was messy and when you needed a fork or spoon you had to remind the staff to put more on the counter. In addition, the shower head in our room was broken so water sprayed everywhere."

"The shower head did not work properly, the door to the bathroom was a barn door that is hard to open/close, there was a folded chair in the shower that took up space and should only be put there if it’s needed. Breakfast was good. "
