The breakfast had grwat options with plenty available from fruits to yogurts and egg white bagels with or without sausage paties, even turkey patty available. Waffles and other standard items were also available. Very comfortable bed and crisp bedding. Close to the ballpark and downtown Sacramento. Clean and quiet."

"Property was under construction with work starting before 8 AM. AC in the room was horribly loud and did not work. Overnight parking was $10 and was not mentioned on Expedia’s website. On a positive note the location is phenomenal. 1 block away from Old town. 5 minute walk to the Golden 1 center. Maybe when the construction is done it will be better."

"Upon arrival there was a huge wedding party at the entry blocking all foot and veh traffic. It's already valet only. I got checked into a room DIRECTLY under the rooftop bar where the wedding was. She never even told me about the wedding or details or noise advisory. I get to my room and there's a rave going on with crazy amplified sound. I eventually get moved to then learn the entire rooftop bar is closed and no access. Oh and also they are closed until Wednesday. No pool, no comfortable lounge area besides the check in lobby, no parking, restaurant is wildly over priced. My mother's day get away was awful. Thank you Hyatt Centric "

"The place was fine enough and Bessie who helped with the breakfast was Stellar. Our front desk staff was nice also and lent us a fan to use. That brings us to the issue of the a/c. It was 81 in the room when we checked in and it took a full day to come Down to 68. It was a little smelly and the maintenance man was kind of rude and accused us of freezing the a/c which was the reason for the room being hot, although we did not freeze the a/c. Bathrooms were clean. The faucet had a leak and also the window casings were literally falling off."

"Fully worth its cost. Breakfast was great compared for hotel breakfast. The best part was that they do daily housekeeping. It was so good to return to a clean and refreshed room."
