"Sadly, this Hilton experience was not good. Run down, hardly any staff, broken Jacuzzis, the bathroom in the room was falling apart, door falling off hinges, toilet barely flushed, exhaust fan broken, no food available....just a lousy experience and in Sedona no less Never going back."

"Room was clean and decently appointed. Views were great. Mattresses on beds were terrible. They were so soft that I had terrible back and neck pain both nights and couldn’t sleep. The staff swapped a mattress out with another the first night and it was just as bad. Then I was told to use a pool chair ..."
