"Room is clean"

"Check-in was fast and my room was clean and comfortable. I had a good night's sleep even though the hotel is on a busy highway. The hotel is only accessible while driving north on the highway so it's a bit tricky if you are arriving southwards from the north. Dining choices are few with the closest restaurants being a 7-10 min walk away -- if you don't want to drive. That said, the price of my room was great and I'd probably repeat if I have business in the area."

"This was an excellent choice of hotel for us. We were able to walk around and enjoy the area and the hotel was clean, roomy, and friendly!"

"I arrived around midnight and was greeted with good cheer, informed about the lobby coffee, area restaurants, bikes, and rooftop. My room was comfortable and clean and the wifi worked well. I liked having a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and tea/coffee in the room as well as basic tableware like mugs and a sink--all in a small compact space. I appreciated the Expedia VIP upgrade. This was a convenient spot to stay-I had about a 15 minute walk to my conference hotel. Third st north of the hotel is suffering from the 'buses only' traffic flow. It's looking pretty barren. But Second street a block away is lovely and hosts interesting restaurants and lively night life. There's a breakfast spot next door with a discount for hotel guests which I didn't try. Next time! I would definitely stay there again."

"It was a nice place to stay, nice area and beautiful surroundings. The internet was not working though. Host was very communicative."

"The room was beautiful and clean! Adorable little building. We got a room with a bathroom and it a view of the main street. The only thing I can think of is that there should be better direction on where to check in and park. You have to check in at the Ballard hotel to get the key to the Ballard Inn. It was easy once we figured that part out. It was a great stay. Bed was comfy as well. Will definitely stay again!"
