"Very friendly and welcoming staff. We didn't need the kitchen for this trip, but it has a nearly full size fridge/freezer and a stove top with dishes, which is very nice. Rooftop view was great, parking was secure ($30 more, but a day in an open lot is $55), room was clean and had what we needed. Street noise can be heard at night (sirens, etc), but expected in the city. Appreciated being able to walk to Space Needle and Pike's Place for our very brief stay in Seattle!"

"Most of the staff was responsive and helpful, however, there was one young lady who seemed glued to her cell phone and asking her any questions seemed like an imposition. Otherwise the staff was friendly and supportive and the location was good for my meetings. The room was comfortable with good coffee maker and a hot water maker! I will book again."

"Easy check in, clean rooms. The only complaints I have is that it costs 66.00 to park in the parking lot (they only offer valet parking, there is no free parking) and the shower is one of those walk in showers with no splash guard, so water gets on the bathroom floor. Everything else was great. I like the 12pm check out time. "

"Fantastic place. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Coot atmosphere. On site cafe has wonderful coffee & pastries. The bar is super cool, although strangely, and this is my sole complaint -- and it is strong complaint - the bar shuts down at 9pm - promptly-- even on weekend nights!! It's a great bar but I rarely got a chance to enjoy it. Seriously, folks...9pm!! You have to change that. Otherwise, this hotel is a unique gem, staffed with extremely friendly and helpful people. Love it. (please keep the bar open past sunset)"
