"Really enjoyed my two nights! Staff are super friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean and bed is super comfy. I was a solo traveller and was doing a road trip with my car. The gated parking is absolutely fantastic, I felt very safe!! Felt super secure and safe and really enjoyed my stay for the price. Lots of shops and food stores nearby such as Daiso, supermarkets, Fast food nearby. Convenient distance to downtown Seattle. Highly recommend to anyone staying for a budget price."

"We stayed here for four nights while touring the Seattle area. The hotel has a good location near the interstate and also the light rail station. There is excellent security in place for the parking garage and room floor access where you need to use your room key to get to those areas. Housekeeping did a great job except forgetting to give us coffee and an ice bag one morning. But we were able to remedy that right away as she was still in the hallway cleaning other rooms. "Clean, well maintained. Just 2 gripes: the breakfast buffet, which was fine in itself, only had all disposable plates, cups, and utensils. I know this is much easier for the hotel, but it does generate a lot of trash. Other complaint is that electric vehicle charging was listed as an amenity. Got there and was told it is tesla only. I asked if it was DC, a super charger, or not, and was just given a vague answer. The staff only seemed to have a vague awareness of electric car charging. It's not...

"Easy access to hotel from Northgate Way. Property is clean and modern. Great room - bathroom in my room had a walk in shower which was new and very modern. Bed was very comfortable. Will definitely return when I am in Seattle area!"

"The road construction was difficult to find with one way directions. Parking lot was challenging to identify and was gated which made check in stressful at night. Faucet and water shower did not work well, faucet and handle need to be replaced. We booked two nights but changed to one night. We are monthly travelers and stayed at many hotels."

"I have stayed here several times over the past 10 years. It was always fine. But this time something was amiss. It seemed more run-down, gloomier. Little things like stains on hallway carpet, printer unable to print flight pass, and housekeeping staff using the same elevator we use slowing it down. Elevators were slow. Sorry."
