"This hotel was not what I would.think of as luxury Breakfast is nonexistent. On the menu on the TV they advertise french toast but it isn't an item they have. The elevators take forever. The pool closes at random times. The bed was too soft and worn out. There are no microwaves. In all the rooms were small the pool was small and the luxury was just not there."

I called to Housekeeping Friday morning and was told they would clean it. But they didn’t come until 5pm. I was taking a nap and told them to just leave some towels. Very disappointing for the amount I paid for the room! I would appreciate some amount of money for the inconvenience "

"The rooms were dirty. Toe nail clippings on the floor. They never changed trash cans or brought more towels. Even after asking. For the money you pay the rooms were in terrible condition and extremely outdated. The cleanliness was the worst part. The breakfast staff was rude to guests as well. "
