"The check in process was very frustrating. I booked through Expedia and wasn’t able to access my reservations through their online booking portal. A lodge TV at gas rooms dates in the 70s should probably have staff to check in if they can’t keep up with the technology"
"Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub (hot tub looked brand new!). Overall, the facility is dated and could benefit from a makeover. Also, there is no air conditioning in the rooms, which is normally not a problem in New Hampshire, but our weather was warm and humid at night."
"This was a unique experience for me. It was like having a nice room in a log cabin. It was very quiet and peaceful right off the winding country road sitting in front of a forest with a beautiful outlook from the dining area. There was good self serve beverage options available when I arrived in the late evening and breakfast the next morning had enough quality items for a gluten free person like myself. "The room was very dated with cheap furnishings. Although it appeared that the room had been painted in the last few years, the paint was spotty in places. The bathroom vanity was chipped and was not sized properly so that the toilet seat went underneath the counter. The bathtub had been refinished sloppily and the handlebar was missing. The knob of the bathroom door was not secured in the door so the door would not completely close.
