Stream on the western side of Black Hill common This stream marks the western edge of Black Hill common, at the northwestern corner. Here it is quite deeply incised and flows on towards Palmer's Bridge in Wellow, before eventually joining the River Blackwater. A tree has fallen here, leaving a gap in the canopy and foxgloves are growing on the sunny bank.
Track and footpath to Bottom Lane Farm, Maury's Lane, West Wellow The footpath continues to Tutts Lane.
